Varma bromsar chrysler 65a

Hej!
Jag bytte bromsbackar bak på min new yorker 65a för ett litet tag sen i samband med att mitt bromsservo gick sönder, och sedan dess har mina bak bromsar börjat bli extremt varma ( så varma att man bränner sig på fälgen) och jag jag inte vad mer jag kan göra än det jag redan gjort, så tänkte se om någon här hade lite mer idéer än mig haha.
Efter ungefär 2-3 mils landsvägs körning så är det kokhett, däcken rullar fint när bromsarna är kalla men när dom blir lite varma så blir dom trögare att snurra när bilen är upphissad.

OBS Jag har INTE bytt backar fram än, men jag anar att dom är sopslut.

Det jag bytt/gjort på bilen är följande
-Bytt bromscylindrar bak båda sidor.
-Bytt bromsbackar bak båda sidor(Raybestos 11'' x 2.5'' ifrån hansen racing).
-Byt hjullager bak båda sidor.
-svarvat bromstrummor båda sidor.
-Bytt bromsservo
-Huvudbromscylinder är ny renoverad av förgående ägare (nått år sedan.)
-Justerat bromsarna så som man ska göra, justera tills det börjar bli trögt sedan släppa tills det rullar fint.
-Släppt handbroms justeringen.
-Monterat en fjäder som skall fjädra upp bromspedalen riktigt efter inbromsning.
-Automat justeringen till bakbromsarna är borttagen av tidigare ägare.
-Dubbelkollat 3 gånger så att allt är rätt monterat och kollat på sprängskisser så att inget saknas.
-bromsat utan trummor på för att se så bromsarna går ut samt släpper som dom ska. ( Tänkte bromsslagen hade börjat agera som en bakventil)
