Need a battery for my dad's old Prado, any good online shops?

My dad's been driving the same Prado for over a decade and the battery finally gave out last week. He refuses to go to a garage because he thinks they all overcharge, so I told him I'd look online for him. Problem is I have no idea which sites are legit and which are just going to take my money and disappear. I found Battery Zone UAE while searching and it looks decent, they seem to have a wide range and mention delivery across the Emirates. My question is whether anyone here has actually ordered from them and how the whole thing works. Do they call you before delivering, do they check your car model first, and what happens if the battery doesn't fit? My dad is old school and won't deal with anything complicated so I need this to be smooth. Also if anyone knows, do these online shops offer any kind of warranty or is that only from the brand itself? Would really appreciate some real feedback before I click here and order something that might turn into a headache.
